RETURN POLICIES

Online Orders:

For online skincare orders, returns may be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund to the original payment method used (minus a 20% restock fee for select premium brands and 10% for all other brands).

Please note:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping fees and any applicable parcel insurance.
  • Items must be new, unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Seals must remain intact.
  • If a gift with purchase was earned with the order, it must also be returned.

To initiate a return, email hello@rarebeautylab.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming the approval and processing of your refund.

Alternatively, if you prefer, returns may be dropped off in person at Rare Beauty Lab’s location: 270 Purple Creek Rd, Unit 4, Woodbridge, ON L4H 5E5.

In-Person Returns:

For in-person purchases, skincare items may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase for a full refund to the original payment method used (minus a 20% restock fee for select premium brands and 10% for all other brands).

Please ensure:

  • Items are new, unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Seals must remain intact.
  • Any gift with purchase earned with the order must also be returned.

Bring the item(s) back to Rare Beauty Lab at 270 Purple Creek Rd, Unit 4, Woodbridge, ON L4H 5E5. Our team will inspect the return on-site and confirm approval via email.

Damaged Items:

We take pride in ensuring quality packaging and delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please email hello@rarebeautylab.com with the following:

  • A clear image of the damaged item
  • A description of the issue
  • Use "Damaged Item" in your email subject line

We will promptly assist you in resolving the issue.

SKIN REACTIONS

In the unlikely event that a skincare product causes a reaction, please discontinue use immediately and email hello@rarebeautylab.com with:

  • A clear image of the reaction
  • A description of what occurred
  • A list of any other skincare products being used in combination with the product

Occasionally, self-prescribed skincare can result in layering products that are not compatible, or the reaction may be due to an allergy. We will work with you to identify the cause and, if necessary, arrange a return or exchange.
