At Rare Beauty Lab, we understand that life happens and plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure fairness and accommodate all of our valued clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

• If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance via email, text, or phone call. This advance notice allows us to offer the appointment time to another client on our waitlist.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service rate.
• Failure to show up for an appointment without prior notice ("no-show") will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service rate.
